Eligibility: Returns are not accepted once the product has been dispatched. However, replacements are possible under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is defective, damaged, or differs from what was ordered.
  2. The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
  4. Clear evidence (photos/videos) showcasing the defect or discrepancy is provided.
  5. A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is submitted.

  6. To initiate a replacement, contact Tata Steel Aashiyana’s customer service within the stipulated timeframe.
